Community Guidelines

The Fishing Club community is for anglers to share catches, spots and tips. Keep it useful, honest and respectful. Posting to the community means you agree to these guidelines and to our Terms of Use.

Do

• Share real catches, honest reports and helpful advice.
• Respect other anglers, the water, wildlife and private property.
• Follow local fishing laws — licenses, seasons, size and bag limits, and protected species.
• Use the location-privacy options if you don't want to reveal an exact spot.

Don't

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks.
• No nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, or animal cruelty.
• No spam, scams, or misleading content.
• No posting other people's private information or exact private locations.
• No content that promotes illegal fishing or unsafe activity.

Reporting and blocking

Every post and comment has a menu to report content or block the user. Reports reach our moderators, who can remove content and restrict accounts. You can manage the people you've blocked in the app under Profile → Blocked users. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.

Enforcement

Content that breaks these guidelines may be removed, and repeat or serious violations may lead to loss of access. To report a problem or appeal a decision, contact [email protected].
